Installation and running in

Moving disc

1)Check and clean moving disc, clean the groove,foreign matter at the bottom, greasy dirt, at the same time check for wear.  If there is wear, it needs to be repaired, otherwise the service life of the tip seal will be affected.                                                                                                                      
2) First install the high-pressure sealing ring, comfirm the position of the high pressure section seal ring install it with the notch downward, according to the rotating direction of the disc, press it into the groove from outside to the inside, leave 3-5mm gap at the end, and cutoff the excess part.                                                                                                               
3) Second install the low-pressure sealing ring, comfirm the pcsiton of the low perssure section seal ring, install it with the notch downward, according to the rotating directing of the disc, press it into the groove from outside to the inside, leave 3-5mm gap at the end, and cutoff the excess part.                                                                                                                       
4)  After installation, check that the high pressure section and low pressure section need to be closely connected, without warping, fracture and inequality. If it needs to be reinstalled.

Fixed disc

1) Check and clean fixed disc, clean the groove,foreign matter at the bottom, greasy dirt, at the same time check for wear.  If there is wear, it needs to be repaired, otherwise the service life of the tip seal will be affected.                                                                                                                             2 )First install the high-pressure sealing ring, comfirm the position of the high pressure section seal ring install it with the notch downward, according to the rotating direction of the disc, press it into the groove from outside to the inside, leave 3-5mm gap at the end, and cutoff the excess part.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    3) Second install the low-pressure sealing ring, comfirm the pcsiton of the low perssure section seal ring, install it with the notch downward, according to the rotating directing of the disc, press it into the groove from outside to the inside, leave 3-5mm gap at the end, and cutoff the excess part.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     4) Installation the outer ring, install the rubber tube first, cut off the excess part after winding for one circle, and then install the outer ring sealing strip on the rubber tube, and cut off the excess part after winding for one circle.                                                                                                                       5) After installation, check that the high pressure section and low pressure section need to be closely connected, without warping, fracture and inequality. If it needs to be reinstalled.
