Installation and running in
The sealing strip is composed of a hard surface and a soft surface. Before the installation of the sealing strip, please carefully clean the pump body, the clamping groove and the contact surface of the sealing strip to ensure that the clamping groove and the contact surface are free of foreign matters and damage. When installing the sealing strip, the white side shall be pressed into the slot, and the black side shall be upward to ensure that the installation is complete without defects such as bulges, dents and damages. After the pump body is installed, please start the machine to run in and reach the desired pressure. It is recommended that the running in time be more than 40 hours.

Running in steps:
After the pump body is installed, the air inlet is sealed. After 40 hours of operation, close the vacuum pump, open the air inlet, install a proper elbow valve and drive pump at the air inlet, quickly open and close the elbow valve for more than 10 times, and discharge the dust in the pump body.

At the beginning of the startup, the bolts (front scroll) can be tightened by hand, and the tightening can be completed one hour later. At the same time, the monitor is installed at the air inlet.
